If you have a question, live chat is a quick and easy way of contacting Rosebery Housing. You can talk to Rosebery about any aspect of your home, tenancy or if you have a general enquiry.
How do I contact you via live chat?
On our homepage, there is a pink live chat box on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Click on the pink button to open up a new chat form.
Fill out the form with your details and click on 'Start Chat'.
You can then start chatting to one of our Customer Experience Officers by typing in a question. A member of staff will answer your chat and will offer assistance. You can even send files or photos across using the paperclip attatchment button in the chat window. You can also email a transcript of the chat to a desired email address.
