Your Opportunity Store
What is the Opportunity Store?
The Opportunity Store offers a menu of activities, which means you can choose the type of involvement that's suitable for you. You can take part in as many, or as few, events as you want. Events include filling in questionnaires or e-survey's to tell us what you think about our services, or taking part in some Mystery Shopping. You can earn points, depending on the type of event you take part in and the how much commitment is needed.
The Opportunity Store is a great chance to have a genuine say about how your homes are managed. We'll always value your views and make sure you are an important part of everything we do.
How Can I Get Involved?
Every Rosebery resident is automatically a member of the Opportunity Store. You will need to visit our
Opportunity Store online and register your details. You will then be sent a prompt to set your own password. Your username is your tenancy reference number, which is found on your rent statement. We can show you how to use the Opportunity Store, so contact the Customer Services Team if you'd like some training: 01372 814000.
On the website you can see what events are coming up, see how many points you have and use your points for a reward. If you see an event you'd like to come to, you can sign up to attend or just turn up! Make sure you sign the attendance sheet at the event to receive your points. To make sure that everyone can get involved, we'll also reimburse you for any reasonable expenses such as travel costs.
What Happens If I Don't Have Internet Access?
Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a computer, or the Internet. You can call the Customer Services Team and they can register you for an Opportunity Store event. You can also use the computer in our customer reception.

Keep an eye out for ‘Product of the Month’ - this is when you can claim additional bonus points for certain events! Remember: rewards and their points can change at any time so keep checking the website. Did you know that you can keep track of your points online?
